1. Q:You are the manufacturers or traders? 
A: We are non-woven cloth and nonwoven products manufacturing plant, OEM, we   have a full line of non-woven production machinery and equipment. Shandong Shouguang Hasen non-woven is the non-woven production base . It is the same boss in Shouguang Hasen and Guangzhou Hasen.We have the right to import and export.

2.  Q: Will you offer the free sample?
A: Yes, of cause. We can send free sample to you, but courier costs are borne by the receiver.

3.  Q: What is the minimum order quantity and the delivery time?
A: The minimum order quantity(MOQ) and the delivery time for our products depend on the type of the production, normally, MOQ: 20' Container; receiving deposits, within 45 days availability.

4.  Q: Can you design and develop the new products according to the Clients' requirements?
A: Yes, we can. We can not only do OEM but also we can make ODM. We have lots of  experience in designing and developing new products for clients, while to protect the patents of our clients, we will not list the examples in detail. Anyway, we are able to design and develop the new products for our clients and additionally we promise to keep the confidentiality for our clients.

5. Q: Do you know how many kinds of wipes?
A: Oh! the wipes have many many kinds. Such as: dry wipes, wet wipes; nonwovens wipes, textile wipes; household wipes, industrial wipes, wipes use in office, home, factory, school, hospital,etc. Dry wipes: spunlace wipes, chemical bonded wipes, needle punched wipes, microfiber wipes, air laid paper, wood pulp wipes, 100% cotton wipes, bamboo fiber wipes, natural fiber wipes, cellulose fiber wipes, towel wipes, etc. Wet wipes: baby wipes, pet wipes, glass wipes, floor wipes, furniture wipes, adult wipes, etc. antibacterial wipes, non-stick oil wipes, wipes use in kitchen: washing dishes wipes, washing pot wipes, table wipes. Thickness of wipes: 80gsm-250gsm, or 30gsm-75gsm. color wipes, printed wipes, one piece wipes, wipes of roll, wipes of bag, folded wipes, unfolded wipes, etc..

6. Q: Do you tell me one piece size of wipes you can do?
A: Piece size: (30, 33, 36, 38, 51, 60)cm * (1cm-60cm any), these size can be folded with machine, otherwise, needing worker to fold.

7. Q: Do you tell me the detail folded wipes?
A: Normally, we fold one piece wipes into 1/4 folded, 1/2 folded, "C" folded, "N"folded. Of course you can select no fold.

8.  Q: Would you please tell me how many kinds the proportion of mixed fiber?
A: Generally, the nonwovens wipes are made of polyester fiber and viscose fiber, such as chemical bond wipes, spunlace wipes, needle punched wipes. The viscose fiber is as same as cotton, good absorbing water, environmental- protection material, but it is expensive, polyester fiber cheaper. Now I  tell you: 100% viscose fiber is the best, 70% viscose + 30% polyester is the better, 50% viscose + 50% polyester is the most common, 30% viscose + 70% polyester is not too bad, of course, the most cheap wipes is 100% polyester fiber. In fact, the ratio fiber can be mixed, as long as you like.

9.  Q: Can you tell me how much Anti-UV content in your agriculture and garden PP cloth cover?
A: The PP nonwoven cloth using for protecting cover or plant cover, because of sunshine, must be added anti-UV materials, to extend the service time. Normally we add anti-UV agent 1.2%-1.4%, it is enough for using in all winter or for using 2000-2500 hours.

10. Q: Can you tell me more knowledge about the agriculture and garden PP nonwovens?
A: Now, PP spunbond non-woven cloth has been widely used in various fields as its affordable, availability, environmental -protection and pollution-free, etc. Using in agriculture, can be a substitute for plastic film, using for covering sheets or fleece, it protects crops from winter cold and frost and speeds up their growth It allows the crops to transpire allowing the passing of air and light it is non-toxic and does not alter the flavour of the crop. known as: Harvest clothl., in the winter, too cold,  some of its flowers and plants frozen to death, for protecting these trees, flowers, plants, etc, we make of some protecting tube, bags, caps, sheets, fleece, pockets with PP nonwoven cloth, so these protected can be through cold winter. as like to wear different clothes, reduce your loss. In Europe , largest demand, they offer order to us. In addition, American , Canada , Australia, etc. Also need the winter protecting PP nonwovens. Common, the most needing grams are 17gsm and 30gsm. Color: white, black, brown, green,etc.
